We are an experienced HR consultancy offering a wide range of human resources services and solutions. We believe that human resource management is more than just policy and procedures. Working predominantly with companies in the small to medium business sector that do not have their own internal HR resource, we provide them with HR support services specific to their individual needs. However, we also work with larger companies who require additional HR support in the areas of vision setting, culture change, communicating change and people training and development.

We are able to act a member of your management team, contributing knowledge and experience, and building relationships to provide HR excellence and solutions in an ever changing world. By working to understand what your situation is and what your objectives are, we provide a truly client focused approach, to deliver a service that is based on first hand knowledge of the organisation, its employees and its goals.

All of our Consultants have a Human Resources Generalist background, some have a specific functional area in which they have in-depth experience and knowledge. Other consultants are able to access this resource to complement their own knowledge and thereby enhance the support provided to the client.
